Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY

All orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and are typically shipped within 24 hours of being placed.

UK SHIPPING

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Express and are fully tracked, with delivery in 1–2 working days.


Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders over £250.
A shipping fee of £5 applies to orders under £250.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international orders are fully tracked and typically arrive within 5–10 working days.


For the following countries, duties and taxes are included (DDP):

  • United States - $20 (please note local sales taxes may still apply)
  • Switzerland - 15 CHF
  • Norway - 150 NOK

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return for a full refund.


To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, stains, or alterations, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

HOW TO RETURN

To request a return, please email returns@miellacollection.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return. Once your request has been reviewed, we will be in touch with the next steps.

UK RETURNS

Royal Mail returns labels or QR codes are available on request. If selected, £5 will be deducted from your refund. Please retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international orders, a pre-paid return label will be provided. Please ensure this label is used to avoid any additional charges.


Return shipping costs are equivalent to the original shipping fee and will be deducted from your final refund.


Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
